You will also support governance, change management, and business readiness activities to help drive successful project outcomes.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned projects by coordinating business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, operations partners, and third parties to support execution against approved scope, timelines, and milestones

  • Develop and maintain project management deliverables including project schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, change requests, decision logs, budget tracking, responsibility matrices, status reporting, and implementation plans to monitor progress and support governance

  • Prepare and communicate project updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to project sponsors, leaders, and delivery teams, including escalation of impacts to scope, timeline, budget, or readiness

  • Build and maintain stakeholder alignment by facilitating meetings, clarifying roles and decisions, addressing concerns, coordinating dependencies, and supporting business readiness, adoption, and transition to operations or support teams

  • Track project performance and delivery outcomes to help ensure projects are completed within approved scope, schedule, and budget, and that agreed deliverables are transitioned and closed in a controlled manner

  • Contribute to team practices by participating in team meetings, supporting continuous improvement, maintaining project documentation standards, and sharing lessons learned across the project management function

Requirements

  • University/College education in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bring 5+ years of project management experience leading business, digital, operational, or technology initiatives and successfully delivering results across cross-functional teams

  • Experience applying predictive, hybrid, and adaptive delivery approaches to effectively meet project requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with experience collaborating across business and technical teams, balancing competing priorities, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience delivering enterprise-level initiatives involving business, product, technology, operations, and vendor teams, including implementation and post-launch support coordination

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project plans, governance materials, status reporting, and project documentation to support successful project delivery.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from project teams to senior leadership.

  • Ability to proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and project budgets while ensuring effective decision-making and delivery governance.

  • Experience working across both business and technology environments, supporting implementation readiness, transition planning, and operational handoffs.

  • Proficiency with project and work management tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Wrike, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.

  • Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent is preferred
