The School of Religious Studies is hiring two course lecturers to team-teach RELG 270 Religious Ethics and the Environment in the Fall 2026 term.

Teaching Qualification Requirements:

Education

Minimum of a Ph.D. in religious studies, or PhD advanced candidacy.

Experience

Evidence of superior teaching ability, in the form of prior teaching. The candidate's area of specialization should be as close as possible to that of the course being offered . The topic of this course is Environmental potential of various religious traditions and secular perspectives, including animal rights, ecofeminism, and deep ecology.
