We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, National Claims Compliance, to support the management and resolution of claims across our retail and distribution network.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, National Claims Compliance, the Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, providing analytical insight and guidance to improve processes, strengthen controls, and minimize financial risk. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective business judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage complex and escalated claims from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Monitor claims activity to identify control gaps, financial risks, and compliance concerns, escalating significant issues as required.
  • Analyze claims data, trends, and financial impacts, and maintain key reporting metrics.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to reduce claims, financial loss, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Partner with Operations, Distribution, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to investigate and resolve claims-related issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on claims policies, processes, systems, and controls.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, automate activities, and improve overall efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Progressive experience in claims, compliance, supply chain, analytics, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, trend identification, and development of actionable insights.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access; experience with SAP and Appian is considered an asset.
  • Experience in creating or maintaining complex databases is also an asset
  • Sound understanding of business processes and retail, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Collaborative team player committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and supporting the development of others.
