Why is this role important?
We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused Content Manager to lead the delivery of social content across assigned portfolios. This role is critical in ensuring content moves seamlessly from strategy and creative development through production, approval, and launch while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder confidence.
As a key operational partner, you will serve as the connective tissue that keeps work moving, teams aligned, and deliverables on track. You will balance multiple priorities, proactively manage risks, and drive excellence in execution across all stages of the content lifecycle.What you'll do

Own end-to-end execution of social content across assigned portfolios, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to quality standards

Translate approved content strategies and creative direction into actionable execution plans, timelines, and deliverables

Manage content readiness and progression from briefing and planning through approval and launch

Coordinate pre-production activities, including timelines, shot lists, asset requirements, approvals, and handoffs

Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Brand, Media, Community Management, and external partners to ensure execution readiness

Identify and proactively manage risks related to timelines, dependencies, approvals, scope, and resource requirements

Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned content initiatives and campaigns

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, decisions, and next steps

Facilitate alignment across teams throughout the content lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and delivery
-
Ensure all content meets approved creative direction, platform specifications, and delivery requirements
-
Support review and revision cycles while minimizing rework and maintaining operational efficiency

Contribute to workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance content operations and delivery effectiveness

Support performance tracking and reporting by partnering with Planning & Insights teams to ensure content is tagged, measured, and evaluated effectively
What you'll need
-
3–5+ years of experience in content management, creative operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related field

Experience managing content production workflows from briefing through delivery
-
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, media, production, and agency partners
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence
-
Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and drive projects forward independently
-
Experience using workflow, project management, or content operations tools
-
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field
Nice to Have

Experience working within retail, CPG, agency, or multi-brand environments

Familiarity with content production processes for social, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns
-
Experience supporting content measurement, tagging, and reporting initiatives
-
Knowledge of content management systems, digital asset management tools, or workflow platforms
-
Experience contributing to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Please note that this is a contract position with an hourly pay range of $40 - $42/hour. Candidates are welcome to ask compensation-related questions during their screening interviews.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :
