Product Developer, People Solutions & Analytics, Brampton, ON

In this role, you will be part of a self-motivated and well-respected team members, driving the strategic direction of Colleague Solutions. As a Product Developer, you will be required to develop new features and support daily maintenance for Azure Web Application.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise application. You will collaborate with diverse agile teams (i.e., Infrastructure, Information Security, System/Application Development Teams, and external partners/vendors) to assist with the implementation of complex innovative features.
• Maintain our high-quality code base by following best coding practices, improving test coverage, automation, and general code quality.
• Identifying and diagnosing deficiencies related to systems, coding, and infrastructure, and work with other team members to develop creative solutions for mitigation.
• Design and implement reusable application components and solutions.
• Must have collaborative approach to working with tech and business stakeholders.

What you Bring:

• Hands on experience with software engineering, computer science, computer engineering or related technical field.
• Demonstrated success as a product developer.
• Proven experience with C#, .Net, SharePoint, and Azure Web Development.
• Ability to develop frontend solutions using ASP.NET Razor
• Blend of both Development and SRE mindset (i.e. software and infrastructure)
• Comfort with software development cycle and DevOps deployment.
