What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic financial insights that drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
  • Lead the development, evaluation, and execution of short- and long-term financial and business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Franchise, and corporate teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support key business decisions.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve performance, productivity, and profitability across the business.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead the annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
  • Oversee the preparation of executive reporting and senior management presentations that clearly communicate business performance and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor business results, identify emerging trends, and proactively recommend actions to improve outcomes.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, financial modeling, and performance measurement.

Business Development & Growth

  • Support the evaluation and execution of strategic growth opportunities, including franchise development, market expansion, investment decisions, and new business initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess commercial opportunities and develop compelling business cases for investment.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the business development strategy, with increasing ownership and leadership responsibilities over time.
  • Leverage financial and operational insights to identify opportunities that strengthen franchisee economics and accelerate network growth.

People Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Build organizational capability by identifying talent, developing future leaders, and creating meaningful development opportunities.
  • Influence and drive cultural change by building strong relationships, fostering trust, and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure resources are aligned to deliver against strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide projects, transformation initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop strong partnerships across the organization to enable successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Act as a change leader, helping teams navigate complexity and deliver sustainable results.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, FP&A, strategy, consulting, retail, franchising, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving business performance through strategic financial leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational and growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Growth mindset with the ambition and capability to expand into broader business leadership and business development responsibilities over time.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and building scalable solutions that support long-term business growth.
