Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Mailroom Clerk to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) 1 year contract. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

You are a dynamic and reliable person with good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and safety.

During your mandate, you will be asked to receive and sort all incoming and outgoing mail for distribution, deliver mail to pre-determined internal areas, process and send outgoing mail using postal procedures. You will be required to process air freight and overnight shipments, control filing and deliveries. You will be required to monitor the postage meter and other operating supplies to ensure availability. Ensure proper service and coordination of Shred-it.

You will be required to attend training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned as required.

You must obtain a high school diploma ,GED or equivalent experience. One to two years of experience is required. Bilingualism (French – English) is mandatory.
