Reporting to the Team lead, Administrator Store Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of in-store technology environments.
Your expertise will contribute to system reliability and operational continuity while effectively supporting internal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and performance of in-store IT infrastructure
- Administer and monitor servers (Linux RedHat, IP configuration, networking, hardware and software)
- Troubleshoot incidents related to software processing (synchronization, data integrity, SQL, inter-service transfers)
- Analyze, document, and escalate complex issues
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts and automation solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Linux RedHat Administrator
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken (regular collaboration with teams across Canada)
- Knowledge of SQL and Ansible
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Experience with New Relic (asset)
- Experience with Claude Code (AI) (asset)
- Knowledge of Dell OpenManage (asset)
