We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of delicious baked goods, ensuring high-quality products, and contributing to our customers' satisfaction.

• Prepare and bake a diverse range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
• Follow and standardize recipes to maintain consistency in product quality
• Manage daily production schedules and inventory of baked goods
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment
• Create new and innovative recipes to expand our product offerings
• Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients and finished products
• Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools
• Assist in training and mentoring junior bakers
• Participate in customer service activities as needed

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Baker or in a similar role
• Food Handler certificate (required)
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and industry trends
• Proven ability to produce high-quality baked goods consistently
• Red Seal Certification specializing in Baking
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in using various baking equipment and tools
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes
• High school diploma or equivalent
