As the Stylist Liaison, you will contribute to Laura's success by being responsible for the on-model and eCommece styling of ML eCommerce photo shoots. In addition, the Stylist Liaison is the key link between the Merchandising and Marketing departments and ensures alignment between the visual team for mock store outfits and collections' in-store vision. They will ensure that all styling is consistent to the brand's DNA therefore understanding the brand's identity and fusing their own fashion point of view is key.

How will you support the team?

• Prepare and style merchandise for eCommerce photo shoot and eCommerce website outfits while respecting the brand's identity and style guides.
• Collaborate with the brand's Design team to understand the seasonal stories and style direction.
• Create visual monthly outfitting boards to be used from eCommerce to store level.
• Manage time to collaborate with the on-set production team for outfitting in studio with accessories and shoes.
• Select and purchase footwear for the season's needs and direction for brand's Design Director.
• Guide/support mock store team on outfit decisions (window mannequin and A-zone) once per month ensuring each capsule's story and expectations are translated into in-store directives.
• Follow up on photo samples with buying and import teams.
• Build multiple outfits per style for our e-com site based on its collection/capsule.
• Create visual document to deliver to Marketing team on a quarterly basis.

The people who thrive with us have:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or fashion styling, preferably in a luxury or eCommerce environment
• Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or Fashion Marketing
• Exceptional fashion and styling sense with a proven ability to stay ahead of trend
• A strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
