As a key member of the kitchen team, you'll help create exceptional dishes while ensuring a well-organized and safe cooking environment.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Prepare and cook food following recipes and quality standards
Assist with ingredient prep for smooth and efficient meal service
Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in handling
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained
Work closely with the team to ensure quick, efficient meal delivery
Adhere to food industry regulations and standards
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.)
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
Help manage inventory and rotate stock as needed
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to deliver a top-tier dining experience
Qualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed:
1-2 years of fast-paced line cook experience required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with the team
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
Skilled in using knives and kitchen equipment with precision and care
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for accurate ingredient measurements and recipe adjustments
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a positive kitchen environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a high-temperature kitchen setting, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
