We are looking for a Specialized Clerk - Inventory Reconciliations to join our finance team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating inventory reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy of the company's financial data.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare the inventory reconciliation file. Perform various office tasks.
• Verify Visa reports and identify general ledger code errors and correct them during the inventory period,
• Produces various reports related to the results and incorporates them into the reconciliation file and ensures that the file balances before submitting it to the accountant for final review.
• Performs some analysis regarding inventory reconciliations
• Provides support to the shared service department when reconciliations are completed.
• Potential for occasional in-store travel in Quebec and Eastern Ontario.

To join our team, you need:

• College degree in administration or accounting;
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in inventory reconciliation in the retail sector;
• Bilingual: French and English;
• Knowledge of a POS and strong Excel skills.
• Accounts payable experience (an asset).
