Our heavy vehicle division based in Longueuil is looking for a Sales Programs Coordinator

The Sales Support and Projects Coordinator is accountable for managing all day-to-day activities pertaining to sales programs, sales tools and data, and market potential for the Traction/TW sales teams across Canada. He/She will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring existing programs, conducting sales potential analysis and look for continuous improvements to gain effectiveness and to grow sales.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and improve sales programs for HV
  • Oversee the opening of new Traction Associates and TruckPro members
  • Manage programs and conduct sales analysis for the TW Sales Managers and Territory Managers as required
  • Review program components and value-added services and make recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Seek for and analyze customer needs and propose new ways to go-to-market to surpass customers' expectations
  • Manage, maximize, and create new sales tools
  • Develop prospection material and targeted communications / promotions
  • Conduct market potential analysis and establish sales targets and tracking tools to ensure the success of major product launches
  • Search for and identify new market opportunities.
  • Actively participate in the development of strategic initiatives related to sales growth.
  • Lead project meetings and working committees
  • Work with the Manager to organize major events such as the Traction-TruckPro Recognition Trip and the National Sales Meeting
  • Work in conjunction and follow-up with the Sales Support Clerk to ensure that all required administrative tasks are completed, based on established priorities

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • College degree and/or Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Support position.
  • Experience in general / project management (ASSET)
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Bilingualism
