RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Forestry, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of management experience with a successful track record of influencing others and delivering results.
- Strong safety leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and business principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile mindset, adaptable to change and capable of leading organizational transformation.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in manufacturing and operational environments.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for business needs.
