JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you curious about how technology and processes drive business and innovation? You don't need to have a technical background to grow into the IT world. If you are motivated by connecting with others and leading change, this is an opportunity to spread your wings in a new, diverse, and critical position within a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you will need to live and breathe detail. Organization is your middle name, and you have the aptitude and passion to learn, grow, and contribute.
The Intermediate Business Analyst is responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from a variety of sources within an enterprise, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders. They are responsible for eliciting and documenting the actual needs of stakeholders to determine underlying issues and causes. They enable more complex change by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value while considering the business implications of technology within the current operating environment. They also help ensure solutions align with stakeholder needs through an in-depth understanding of business systems, processes, industry requirements, and emerging digital trends. Intermediate Business Analysts may lead complex initiatives and provide guidance to less-experienced Business Analysts.
