Roar Store Sales Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Moncton Wildcats are currently looking for responsible, energetic individuals interested in joining the team. Reporting to the Roar Store Manager, Roar Store Sales Associates provide exceptional service to customers, building relationships with them to develop customers for life!
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Point of Sales (POS) transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, fitting room upkeep, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Display a "customer comes first" attitude. Ensuring that customer loyalty is built and maintained.
• Be a team player and contribute to the stores' success.
• Keep up to date on our product and service updates
• Ensure store is visually appealing contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance and visual displays.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Energetic outgoing individuals that have a great attitude and an excellent work ethic, with the ability to develop relationships with customers
• Available weeknights, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• Ability to work all 32 regular season home games as well as playoffs in the 2026-2027 season.
• Retail experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift - approximately 4 to 5 hours per shift.
• Bilingual (spoken English & French) is considered an asset

The Moncton Wildcats is a Canadian junior ice hockey team in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League.
Founded in 1996, the team is one of the premier hockey clubs in the Canadian Hockey League. The Wildcats are 2006, 2010 and 2025 QMJHL champions.
