Card Access Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Industrial Security is looking for a Card Access Administrator in Saint John. As the Card access administrator, you play a crucial role in maintaining security through card production and access control within our various environments .
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production of access and ID cards including adding, deleting or modifying access permissions of new and existing cardholders
• Organizing, packaging and shipping of all access and ID cards
• Maintenance of existing and new access levels per individual site needs
• Provide basic troubleshooting to remedy issues before escalation
• Execute access reports based on business needs/requests
• Collaborate with site administrators on all requests to ensure effective, accurate and prompt delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 - 5 years of experience or training in business solutions / data entry
• Understanding of access control and technology
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Previous experience using Kantech, Genetec and Salto and the usage, access control systems and other technology pieces would be considered an asset
• Genetec Security Center Technical Certification would be considered an asset
• Diploma or Undergraduate in Business Administration would be an asset
• Salary range - $45,000 - $60,000
