Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented new graduate to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support Project Managers in delivering projects across the organization by assisting with planning, coordination, and reporting activities.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project delivery while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and work plans
• Coordinate meetings, resources, and day-to-day project activities
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status updates, risk logs, and issue trackers
• Prepare status reports and dashboard updates for stakeholders
• Track project-related costs and assist with budget reporting activities
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in project management, coordination, or business operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Azure DevOps)
