Integration Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Integration Analyst who is passionate about learning and problem-solving. This role will support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across systems and support business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in delivering integration solutions across multiple lines of business under guidance

• Support implementation of integration patterns including A2A, B2B, and B2C

• Develop and maintain integrations using tools such as webMethods, SSIS, and Microsoft Azure integration services

• Work with API-based integrations (SOAP and REST) via API Gateway

• Monitor integration services and assist in troubleshooting issues

• Support incident resolution and follow through to closure with guidance

• Participate in system maintenance, enhancements, and documentation

• Collaborate with developers, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver assigned tasks

• Assist in building mappings, transformations, and workflows

• On Call support is required

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 Years Diploma or University degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 0-2 years of experience in Java, SQL, or integration development

• Exposure to APIs or backend systems is considered an asset

• Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)

• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, or flat files

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to have:

• Exposure to integration tools (webMethods, SSIS)

• Basic knowledge of EDI concepts or B2B integrations
