Solution Designer - AI

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Solution Designer - AI translates business needs into scalable, secure AI and analytics solutions aligned with enterprise data and analytics strategy. This role partners closely with business leaders, analytics product owners, and technical teams to design, govern, and enable AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
This position requires full-time on-site presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business problems into end‑to‑end AI and analytics solution designs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Partner with business and analytics stakeholders to define AI use cases, success metrics, and solution scope.
• Design AI and analytics architectures including data pipelines, models, platforms, and system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and design oversight through the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, governance, and ethical AI requirements.
• Contribute to AI governance, design standards, and risk management practices.
• Support business cases, cost estimates, and prioritization of AI initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and advise leadership on opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience designing enterprise analytics and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI/ML design concepts.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
