JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with our strategic planning and development initiatives. This role will involve collaborating across multiple teams to drive key improvements and enhance organizational performance.
Hourly wage: $19.50 - $21.15
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement essential improvements across functions and levels within the organization.
  • Organize, schedule, coordinate, and follow up on tasks outlined in the improvement plan to ensure that targets are met according to established timelines.
  • Provide coaching to teams and individuals to foster performance improvement and enhance overall productivity.
  • Develop and deliver both quantitative and qualitative insights regarding processes, helping to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage existing business tools and technology to drive operational excellence and promote best practices throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled in a degree program related to Organizational Strategy, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and coaching.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and improvement.
