JOB DESCRIPTION
Central NB Woodlands is seeking to fill the position of Truck and Transport Service Technician, with a reliable and motivated individual who demonstrates a positive attitude towards teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform heavy equipment maintenance activities, including installation, repair, troubleshooting, diagnostics and preventive maintenance,
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance of equipment
- Disassemble and reassemble engines and mechanical units to inspect and diagnose parts using computerized test equipment, calibration devices, gauges, etc.
- Repair and overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Follow all established safety policies and standards, including proper identification, use and procedures for handling or disposing of hazardous waste.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Red Seal Certification as a Truck and Transport Service Technician
- Must be able to work in a flexible, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be autonomous and detail-oriented
- Analytical and problem solving skills
