JOB DESCRIPTION
The Team Lead, Supply Chain is responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure efficient and accurate execution of coordination tasks across the Procurement - RCD team. This role acts as a key liaison between the Supply Chain team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with departmental processes, timelines, and service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the execution of procurement documentation in our systems
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of suppliers through 3PI and other information portals
- Supervise the receipt and processing of invoices to support timely invoice matching and resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain oversight of Supply Chain document processes and ensure team adherence.
- Ensure quality control of tailored documents and the accurate packaging and delivery of complete contracts to Procurement Specialists
- Review and improve document workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of Supply Chain Coordinators by managing task allocation and workloads, monitoring performance, offering regular feedback and development opportunities, and serving as the escalation point for complex or high-priority issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed post-secondary education in business or related field.
- 7 years of Supply Chain Management experience in an industrial/ manufacturing/ construction environment.
- Previous people-leader experience is considered an asset.
