JOB DESCRIPTION
Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking a professional East Power Linehaul Driver based out of Dieppe, NB.
The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic and great and positive attitude with a commitment to provide a Superior Quality service.
Main Role:
Manage time, receive, and deliver variable shipments, and ensure accurate and timely delivery service to our customers.
Enthusiastic, great attitude and exceptional customer service skills are a must to join the team.
The Working Hours: 6 AM to 6PM (rotating shift, 4 on, 4 off)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Running Linehaul within the Maritimes (NB, NS, PEI).
  • Process daily pickup and delivery records.
  • Ensure timely delivery.
  • Listen to and communicate efficiently with the customer.
  • Drive, use equipment and work in accordance with the safety regulation and procedures, Traffic laws and company rules.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education Required: High School or GED.
  • Class 1 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years' safe tractor driving experience required.
  • Clean driver's abstract and criminal search.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent work ethic and reliability.
  • Safety conscious.
