JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Seasonal Works Foreman, you will oversee daily operations such as mowing, yard maintenance, planting, hydroseeding, sod application, hardscaping, plowing, salting and shovelling on residential, commercial, and industrial landscaping projects. You'll manage a team of landscape technicians, snow removal operators, drivers and labourers ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate landscape installation and maintenance crews
• Plan and participate in snow removal operations
• Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and efficiency
• Track project progress and report updates to management
• Ensuring jobs are done in compliance with safety policies and procedures including proper documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping and snow removal, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, hardscaping, and irrigation systems
• Ability to read landscape plans and execute projects accordingly
• Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
