RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:

• Operate mobile equipment - Safely and efficiently handle zoom booms, forklifts, and other machinery to support nursery activities.
• Master advanced nursery technology - Gain proficiency in industry-leading equipment, including transplanting operations and sow lines.
• Support site operations - Assist with general maintenance, crop tending, and nursery-related tasks as needed.
• Ensure workplace safety - Actively participate in safety programs and uphold compliance standards.
• Promote teamwork & efficiency - Foster a positive, team-building atmosphere while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For:

• Experience in equipment operation - Prior experience operating mobile equipment is required; 2+ years is preferred.
• Education & certifications - Basic safety training is required; advanced mobile equipment certification is preferred.
• Attention to detail - Ability to operate machinery with precision while maintaining safety standards.
• Adaptability & problem-solving - Strong ability to adjust to various nursery tasks and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Communication & collaboration skills - Work closely with supervisors, vendors, and team members to enhance efficiency and productivity.
