JOB DESCRIPTION

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Transport Auditor based out of our Head Office in Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Transport Audit & Adjustment Supervisor, Transport Auditor will be responsible to identify and correct billing discrepancies on a timely basis, with the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers receive a perfect order.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Audit probills in assigned queues
  • Rate probills as required to complete the audit process
  • Drive continuous improvement around audit and adjustment tools, working closely with other departments and teams to achieve results.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entry and provide feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education Required:
    • Minimum High School diploma
    • Post-secondary training is an asset
  • Years of Experience Required:
  • Knowledge of transport billing systems is an asset
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good analytical and evaluation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
