In this role, you will utilize top technology and work with a supportive team that will drive you to be your best. The Business Intelligence Specialist will be a strong technical resource who works as a part of the Business Intelligence (BI) Team collaboratively with Business Analysts & Operational Leaders. The successful candidate will develop new analysis and reporting capabilities for multiple business lines and provide quality enterprise solutions following best practices and lead the organization through best-in-class analytic solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Acquisition & Cleansing - Acquire data from various sources, apply data cleansing techniques, and prepare it for analysis by other team members.
• Prioritize Business Needs - Collaborate with management to understand and prioritize business and information needs, ensuring that the most critical data is focused on.
• Data Analysis & Reporting - Interpret complex datasets, analyze results using statistical techniques, and deliver ongoing reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.
• Lead Data Governance - Champion data governance across the division, promoting and improving data accuracy and reliability.
• Support Business Processes - Transfer business process knowledge to operations, assist in troubleshooting process errors, and work with teams to identify and implement process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical Expertise - Proficient in data blending and cleansing using tools like Alteryx, with experience in creating complex data queries and calculations.
• Database Knowledge - Familiarity with common database systems and structures, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Data Visualization - Experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a strong asset.
• Problem-Solving Skills - You possess strong analytical skills and have a keen eye for detail.
• Communication & Leadership - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels of the organization, and the ability to lead projects effectively.
• Curiosity & Drive - You have a natural curiosity, a strong drive to learn, and a desire to master new technologies and techniques.
