JOB DESCRIPTION
Gulf Operators is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shop Administrator to support the operations of our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry of information into maintenance database.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Monitor and report on the usage and condition of mobile and fixed equipment to ensure accurate reporting and timely updates.
- Assist in producing operational reports and dashboards for the Asset Management team.
- Support asset tracking and lifecycle analysis through data collection and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within maintenance or a technical environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
