JOB DESCRIPTION
Midland Transport is currently seeking a Manager of Seafood Logistics to be based at our Moncton Refrigerated DC in Moncton, NB. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving an annual Coastline sales plan for LTL, TL, courier and logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work daily to grow our volume and revenue in all 4 divisions that business is measured on which is LTL, TL, courier and brokerage
- Complete all rate agreements increases on time, at the required level as set by executive group
- Work with audit on adjustments, operations for on time service, customer calls
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Required: University degree in a related field
- 7 to 10 years of work-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people management skills: mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines with very high attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Excel
- Leadership and negotiation skills
