JOB DESCRIPTION
The service that we offer customers includes ensuring that our product displays are safe and easy to shop. We assist customers with picking and loading their products. To offer these services, we need associates who enjoy manual handling and physical work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and assemble orders for same-day and next-day deliveries to customers
- Maintain picking accuracy and responsibility for complete and correct shipments to customers
- Work with the shipper/receiver to ensure all products are available for picking customer orders
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Operate a forklift safely
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Able to do physical work
- Safety mindset
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to work outside in variable temperatures and weather conditions
- Previous experience in shipping and order picking is an asset
- Forklift License is an asset
