Overview
Reporting to the General Manager of Red Sands Insulation, the Insulation Installer is responsible for the completion of work orders in the portfolio of Red Sands Group owned and managed rentals, as well as owned properties by customers, in a timely manner.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Insulation Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation in residential and commercial buildings while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in residential and commercial buildings.
• Install batt, acoustic, and soundproofing insulation in walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work independently and alongside other trades.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

• Construction or insulation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to perform physical work and use basic tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver's licence preferred.
• Communicates clearly with other trades, colleagues and clients.
