Job Description:

Metal Fabricator / Ironworker

A Metal Fabricator is a skilled tradesperson responsible for transforming raw materials into finished components, structures, or machinery.

Core responsibilities

  • Blueprint interpretation of both cad drawings and customer sketches
  • Material preparation using hand held tools and heavy machinery
  • Cutting and shaping using handheld tools and CNC equipment
  • Assembly of various types of metal including steel, stainless and aluminum
  • Ability to produce a quality finished product in a timely manner
  • Certifications are an asset but the main priority would be the ability to produce quality work
  • Valid drivers license and the ability to drive with a trailer
  • Excellent communication skills a must

Benefits

  • Full-Time, Permanent Position
  • Up To $35/Hour
  • 45 Hours/Week, Over-Time After 45 Hours
