Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Team Member who is available to work evenings to join our team. No prior experience is required; we will train you.

As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and baking products according to the company's food safety standards. This role requires an individual with strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake products according to the company's procedures
• Ensure always fresh products that meet quality standards
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Monitor food temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness of baking and preparation areas
• Receive and store deliveries properly
• Work as a team

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous baking experience is an asset but not required
