Busser (Summer Student)

Job Description:

Consistently provide our guests with a clean and tidy eating area in an efficient and friendly manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. This role varies depending on the level of business:

• Clearing dishes and glassware from bussing stations.
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
• Maintaining general cleanliness of dining room.
• Replenishing clean glassware and plates.
• Replenishing supplies as needed.
• Sweeping/mopping floors as needed.
• Polishing and wrapping cutlery.
• Supporting wait staff as needed.
• Supporting and checking in on guests to help
• provide a smooth dining experience.
• Desire to be part of a team and contribute as such
• Valid Responsible Server Certificate
• Ability to be friendly and helpful to guests
• Ability to keep guest area tidy & clean
• Commitment and Reliability—must be able to be present and on time, as well as prepared to work
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and carry at least 30 lbs comfortably
• Availability for days, evenings & weekends
• Able to work starting in June 2026
• Age 19 and over
