Coordinator of Care and Daily Living – Congregation of Notre Dame Community

This position will appeal to an individual who has worked with seniors in a healthcare environment.

• The Coordinator works collaboratively with the CND Animator at Andrews of Charlottetown as an advocate for the CND Sisters, promoting programs and activities to support quality of life and to achieve the best possible resident experience. We are seeking a mature, highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting wellbeing in seniors, experience in the health care environment and an interest in working with a religious community. Experience in Healthcare/ Long Term Care or Home Care is a requirement.
• Applicants require a valid drivers' license.
