Position Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor who is available to work mornings or evenings to join our team. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.

The restaurant Supervisor supports management in overseeing daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring excellent guest service. In this role, it will require an individual with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Monitor food quality and control
• Train and coach new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle cash and reports
• Maintain a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience (required)
• Supervisor experience (1+ year required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
