Job Description:
The position will involve doing a variety of tasks including lawn, garden and grounds/facility maintenance, and assisting the CAO with special events and programs.
Grounds Maintenance: Grass cutting and trimming, shrub and tree trimming, weed removal, mulch refreshing, garden planting, watering, painting, garbage bins placement to curb, clean up and service of equipment and tools/toolshed, check basement dehumidifier daily.
Working with CAO: Assist with event calendar/schedule updates, special event planning and materials lists, co-ordinate center cleaning schedule, assist with website updates.
General skills needed/preferred: Good communication skills, knowledge of MS excel/word, use of lawn mower/trimmer, willingness to try/learn new skills.
Note: Guidance and training will be provided including safety guidelines.
