As a PALS Camp Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of this exciting endeavor, gaining valuable expertise in planning, leadership, organization, and collaboration. Your role will involve:

• Leading & overseeing engaging programs tailored for the children.
• Spearheading the coordination of impactful staff training programs.
• Coaching & guiding our dynamic summer student staff.
• Taking the lead in ensuring children's activities foster their physical, mental, & social development.
• Skillfully preparing & administering assessments to monitor progress.
• Conducting ongoing monitoring of the children's development.
• Facilitating essential staff training sessions & meetings.
