The Administrative Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring the FDSA's effective and efficient operations over the summer season. Specific duties include: Program Administration – Managing program registrations; Supporting referee assignments and availability; Updating the master schedule and re-scheduling activities as needed; Assisting with the sorting and pick up of merchandise by teams/individuals Policy Development – Assisting with the Club Licensing process; Reviewing and updating current club policies Communications – Keeping the website up to date; Assisting with the development of the season's social media plan; Coordinating social media channels and content; Developing and distributing the FDSA newsletter Reception – Responding to inquiries via phone and email; Greeting clients when they arrive at the office and manage their needs; Fostering a welcoming and presentable office space
