Serve as the tourism product knowledge expert and able to encourage extended length of stay. Provide impartial and objective information and advice on the town of Shediac and the region in person and by telephone. Respond to visitor inquiries. Keep accurate statistics regarding visitors. Keep VIC well stocked with information pertaining to the tourism industry. Must be well informed on events happening in the region. Help out with accommodation booking. Make sure visitors receive services that are offered with pride and in a professional and efficient manner.
