As coordinator, you will gain skills in planning, leadership, organizing, & collaborating through assisting in planning & developing literacy programs. You will assist in:

• Leading and overseeing literacy programs for the children.
• Organizing the staff training programs.
• Coaching the summer students in their tutoring.
• Leading summer students to ensure the children's activities promote their physical, mental and social development, and back to school readiness.
• Preparing and administering assessments.
• Monitoring the progress of the children.
• Participating in staff meetings and committee meetings.
