The Special Projects Coordinators will work with existing agency staff to build upon existing knowledge to further develop, organize, and implement various software data management tools. These will include mentoring match communication platforms, evaluation tools, and marketing tools in areas of identified need. This job will focus on building capacity of the agency by improving data management, marketing activities, and most importantly, improving communication with volunteer mentors and clients to ensure their utmost safety and support positive development of matches. They will assist with program impact measurement and tracking through "Outcome Tracker", its setup, and management and will also take the lead in the setup of a donor database by consolidating several existing sources and organizing existing data as required to import it into one database. Students will help produce various impact reports, improve the marketing strategy, and build a more effective donor program.
