Organize and participate in outreach programs that aim to connect and engage with individuals in our community living in low income or other challenging situations. The Community Outreach Worker will facilitate quality programming that teaches, mentors, uplifts and empowers. This position will assist community programs that aim to meet basic needs, build relationships, raise awareness and provide a place of connection and support to people, including children and youth in vulnerable situations.
