Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Scheduling:
    • Collaborate on facility scheduling for events, optimizing availability and resources.
    • Assist in creating event timelines and coordinating logistics.
  2. Communication and Promotion:
    • Manage social media and email for event promotion.
    • Develop promotional materials and strategies for participant engagement.
  3. Participant Engagement:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to participant inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate participant records.
  4. Collaboration and Team Support:
    • Work closely with coordinators, staff, and volunteers for administrative coordination.
    • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies.
  5. Safety and Compliance Oversight:
    • Ensure administrative compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.
    • Collaborate on effective safety protocol communication.

Note:

  • May be required to work on weekends.
