The Farm Program Assistant will support work projects and activities for neurodivergent summer employees, participants, and volunteers. The main activities include garden, farm, and property projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a sustainable farm and contribute to the local community. Responsibilities include assisting in:

• Orienting volunteers and summer staff
• Developing and implementing appropriate training material
• Assigning tasks based on skills, abilities, and interests
• Coordinating schedules and ensuring adequate coverage for farm and garden activities
• Providing guidance and supervision to volunteers, participants, and summer staff who need extra support
• Fostering inclusivity
• Collaborating with other staff members to plan and execute farm events and programs
• Maintaining records
• Assisting with farm-related tasks as needed
