You will participate in research, script development, rehearsal, and performance within your assigned crew. Some roles may require bilingual abilities, and musical talent and performance experience are assets. You will be trained in heritage interpretation, guided tour techniques, and customer service skills. The program lasts 12 to 14 weeks, including training, writing, rehearsal, and "open season" tours and shows. Additionally, we will be engaging in online activities through various social media channels.

- Be a resident of New Brunswick (must have lived in New Brunswick for at least 6 months) or a First Nation community in New Brunswick;
- Be eligible to work in Canada (must have a valid SIN number);
- NOT be an immediate family member (spouse, children, parent, brother or sister) of the employer;
