Maintenance Summer Student

Summary of Duties:

∙Under the direction of the manager/supervisor you will perform a variety of maintenance duties including grounds keeping, cutting grass, removing litter and garbage, minor repairs, preventative maintenance and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

∙Demonstrated ability to safely operate maintenance equipment (lawnmowers, weed trimmers)

∙Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete tasks

∙Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills

∙Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

∙Computer skills including Microsoft Office

∙Valid Drivers Licence (must be able to work between both sites with own vehicle)
