We are looking to fill the position of Guest Services Agent at Fernie Alpine Resort. You smile and warmly greet our guests as their first point of contact at resort; nothing is too much trouble for you. You prioritize guest experience and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. You Will:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide information for resort guests
- Complete cash transactions and daily cash reconciliation
- Process activity and lesson bookings/sales
- Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
- Adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies employee handbook, RCR Policy and Safety Management Program.
You Have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- POS system and cash handling experience
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to learn
This is a full-time summer seasonal position.
