Function summaryReporting to the Manager, Labour Relations, this role is responsible for:
Providing clerical and administrative support to one or more functions of Human Resources, more specifically related to Labour Relations, while acting as a first point of contact.
Performing day-to-day operations for the Human Resources department.
Participating in and helping to coordinate recruitment initiatives.
Is committed to living the Mission and Values of Bruyère.
Is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of high school diploma and post-secondary education in Human Resources or Administration
  • Fluent in English and French (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources functions, customer service, general office procedures, and information management

Conditions of Employment
